IRCMA300 Laser Alignment and Assembly Station

IRCMA300 The benefit to this precision optical instrument is a reflective technique that makes it a non-contact, active alignment and measurement instrument. The method of actively aligning lenses ensures correct centrations and tilt positioning of surface registrations, providing high angular accuracies of ±5 arc-second and a centration accuracy of less than 2μm of Total Indicated Runout (TIR.).It is the only sophisticated tool available to aid both new and/or experienced technicians in working with loose optical elements from inspection to final assemblies.Features include the latest in laser and sensor technology, and an excellent vibration isolation stand to ensure stability and repeatability.
