Large diameter center error measuring instrument

Large diameter center error measuring instrument is the large aperture upgraded version of the OCMA-200 Centration Error Measurement Instrument. It is suitable for centration error measurement and centering adjustment of optical systems with large diameters and heights. This product employs a low-distortion optical system design combined with a high-precision image recognition algorithm, integrating the company’s unique technology to enable full-range radius of curvature measurement.

 It achieves a measurement accuracy of ±0.2 μm and a range from -∞ to +∞. Equipped with proprietary engineered centering measurement software, it ensures reliable accuracy and easy operation.

Software Features

Operator software has two modes: alignment mode and inspection mode.

Alignment mode: Real-time alignment solutions for individual lenses or lens groups are provided based on measurement analysis results.

Inspection mode: Features such as overall lens group analysis and optimal optical axis analysis are included.
